I am back in Stockholm and I had a great day back, especially my morning which was spent meditating from 9-12. Meditating really is one of my favorite things to do in life. Even though you are sitting in complete silence for 3 hours long, you focus so much on your inner energy, and the relaxtion it brings to you mind and soul, is like treating yourself to a week long vacation. When you get out of that room you are so energized and cleansed. It really is one of my favroite things in life. 

I really recommend it to everyone. 

I try to do at least 30 minutes everyday. even that is good for you. But whenever I have time over, I like to treat myself to these sort of sessions. So  google meditating classes in your city and try it out!

It may not be for you, but you won't know until you have tried.

We don't kiss and tell in Lund.

Where do I even begin to explain the last 24 hours, I can't so I am just going to sum it up into one big world, CRAZY.
I went to Lund to see my friends, it was so great to see everyone again after all these years. Everything is just the same, and that is what I love about it! Yes, everyone have grown a few inches taller and wider, but they are still the same people. Especially my close ones! I am so grateful for those girls, because no matter what, everytime we come together we always have a good time and craziness is just the middle name to the adventures that we get up to. We started off prepartying in lund, but we ended up, god knows where, but I can tell you, in a whole other country! I do not kiss and tell, but it was a great night! just what I needed! I have been longing for so long, to kind of mix it up a little bit and meet new people. I mean I love my Uppsala people, but after the thousands party, its just the same thing over again. So! it was nice to see some familiar faces last night but also a lot of new ones! So to sum it up, I had an amazing 25th o December.

Hello beautiful people I can't sleep! I fell asleep, but then I woke up and I have been up ever since. I don't know if it has to do with the excitement for christmas or what it is! I get like this every birthday and christmas! I haven't been all too excited about christmas this year though... But today I woke up with a big smile on my face. I think I am more excited about the fact that it is almost 2013, which will be the best year of my life. As many know, this hasn't been the ultimate year, but 2013, I have alot of fun things to look forward to. And I really can't wait to get the year going. I bet I will wake up smiling every day next year! That's how good it is going to be. People are telling me to not get my hopes up, but it's okay, because I know it will follow through and you know why that is! Because I am changing my approach to things! and I will tell you exactly how in a couple of days! But now I am going to get a coup of tea and gingerbread cookie and go down to the fireplace and read a really good book.

Now I have tree camping and iglo sleeping to do in 2013. This is amazing. Aww! I'm so excited for 2013!! :)
