I think that people sometimes focus too much on the bad things and the hard parts. But why do we have to focus so hard on the tiniest of imperfection in ones life. Does it make you happier? No. Does it make the people in your life happier? No. Then why do we do it?
Everytime I am about to get upset over something or if somethings triggers me with someone else; I take a deep breathe and think of at least one good thing about them or just anything positive in general in life. A person uses more muscles to frown then to smile, so don't strain yourself.
