So today I finally stepped it up and slayed at the gym. I ran for 45 minutes and then workout in the gym for 55 minutes, just as I was about to go home I got a spot for 1 hour spinning class! Oh boy was I tired! But it felt sooooo good! It was the start of the day so I had so much energy for rest of the day. Always work out in the morning if you get the chance. It makes you want to eat healthy for the rest of the day as well!
