She works out what you should eat every meal, you plans out an entire exercise plan for you everyday in time for you to reach your goal. And all your meals are planned out after how much weight you want to loose, how much muscle you want to gain and what not. Then she tells you exactly how long it is left until you reach your goal weight. It is so great and I am so amazed. She even has an iPhone app for it, so it is great when you go to the gym! You dont need a personal trainer any longer :)
